RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Please see below for more
information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All paid letters can be returned before they are posted. A refund can be
requested anytime, even after the legally required period of 14 days after the
purchase.
RETURN PROCESS
To get a refund for your purchase, please send an E-Mail to
[email protected]
with information about the address to which you wanted to send the letter so
that we can identify your letter. Ideally, you include your purchase receipt
in the E-Mail.
REFUNDS
After receiving your E-Mail and checking whether the letter has already been
posted, we will process your return. Please allow us at least 7 days to
process your return. We will refund you through the payment processor through
which you have paid.
EXCEPTIONS
If a letter has been posted already, we unfortunately cannot issue any
refunds. However, if we have posted the letter, but you have not received it,
we will handle the refund on a per-case basis and still may refund you in
full. Please be informed that we cannot control the quality of service of our
mail providers like the German Post. A letter might get lost during the
delivery and we consider this to be out of our control. However, we want you
to be happy with our service and may refund you in full as a courtesy
depending on the case.
